With only a concrete slab parking at grade level resting over an underground parking and with no other space to grow into, Habib presented Michael Coffee of Prats/Coffee (PC) with the idea of creating new real estate by inserting steel columns through the concrete slab thereby preserving both the underground parking and the parking at grade. The new platform created in the process became the new site on which Aviva was given the opportunity to build a new school. The project involved classrooms, administration offices and a playground/outdoor social gathering space on the rooftop.
