In anticipation of the arrival of the light rail line in Culver City, Sissoko Design Office was asked to develop a mixed use complex which will include restaurants, retail and grocery stores on the ground floor. The residential composed of condos will be on the upper floors with a swimming pool hanging off the roof of the recreation room.

This project, conceived as a conglomeration of several independent buildings, creates its own urban fabric starting from the ground floor and ending at the roof top.
